You should be very skeptical of any lawyer or law firm that answers this question without knowing your case inside and out. When you contact a lawyer’s office, it is very possible that someone there will tell you that your case is worth a huge figure after speaking with you for only a few minutes by phone. You should be very careful about working with such an attorney.

Every case is unique and presents its own set of facts and circumstances.  Therefore, it is virtually impossible to tell you what your case is worth early on.
