Florida First District Court of Appeals decision regarding an insurance dispute between Mathis and Florida Farm Bureau Casualty, his homeowners insurance carrier.  Insurance company sought to deny portion of claim on basis that part of total loss of home from hurricane was due to flood damage, not wind damage.  Court decided in favor of homeowner.
