Amparo Llobet

In my teenage years, I was torn between two potential career paths: Psychology and Law. I have always wanted to use my skills to make a positive impact on others. After much internal debate, I chose to become a lawyer when I realized that both fields share the same essence: creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive space for those who come to us with a problem, offering them understanding and empathy, and using our knowledge and experience to improve their lives to the extent of our possibilities.

I have come to appreciate how laws can serve as powerful tools for change when used competently.
