Lisa Cannavino recently joined the firm with the firm’s Of Counsel attorney, Robert Green.  Lisa and her husband, Bill Cannavino, grew up in Sanford, Florida where they both graduated from Seminole High School in 1979. Lisa and Bob have been married for thirty-four years and still reside in Sanford.

Lisa has her Associate in Arts degree in Fine Arts from Seminole Community College. There she participated in art shows and won several awards including “Best in Show.” Although Lisa works in the legal field now she is still an artist and has an art studio in her home.

Lisa has been working in the legal field for the past forty years -- thirty-six of which she has spent working with Mr. Green doing personal injury litigation. Lisa enjoys working in the legal field because she likes having the ability to help people through troubled times. She personally believes that every day people should share a small act of kindness or smile to make someone’s day a little brighter – kindness and compassion towards people and animals is truly important.

In addition to helping people in the legal field, Lisa has a passion for health and fitness. She enjoys cooking fresh food every day and writes healthy recipes that help others maintain a healthy lifestyle. In addition to running and biking, Lisa also enjoys CrossFit and has a complete CrossFit gym in her home.

When Lisa isn’t helping people, she is fighting for animal rights. Lisa has worked in animal rescue for the last twenty years. She volunteered with Seminole County Animal Services and also supports Pet Rescue by Judy. Lisa is the team leader of the Sanford Chapter “Harley’s Heroes.” Harley’s Heroes is a non-profit that educates the public about the puppy mill problem in America.
